- Address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
- Fax number (if available & desired)

In addition, all information necessary to fulfill the contract with you will be collected. Personal data is collected

The processing of personal data takes place in response to your enquiry and is necessary for the stated purposes for processing your order and for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the underlying contract.
The personal data collected will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention periods for tax returns and associated files and documents (usually 4-7 years), and subsequently until the expiration of the limitation periods for tax assessments, which is usually up to a total of 10 years, and then deleted. If the client relationship is terminated earlier, deletion will generally occur upon expiration of the limitation period for tax assessments, four years after their final effect. This does not apply, by way of exception, if we are obligated to store data for a longer period due to tax or commercial law retention obligations (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Criminal Code (StGB), or the German Fiscal Code (AO)), or if you have consented to longer storage.
3. Electronic exchange of documents
Due to the vast majority of our customers' desire for practicality and speed, the exchange of data and information is usually unencrypted via email, using common programs, especially Outlook. Should you prefer encryption, we would be happy to offer it. In this case, please object to unencrypted transmission and contact us regarding the implementation of encryption.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
As a general rule, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. Exceptions to this only apply if this is necessary to process the orders agreed with you. This includes, in particular, the involvement of service providers commissioned by us (so-called processors such as our IT administrator) or those third parties whose involvement or activity is necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g., the tax office, DATEV, banks, or specialized lawyers). The transferred data may only be used by the third parties for the stated purposes.

As a data subject, you have various rights:
Right of withdrawal
You can revoke any consent you have given us at any time. Data processing based on the revoked consent may then no longer be continued in the future.

Right to restriction of processing:
You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose its deletion. You also have this right if we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. You also have this right if you have objected to the processing of your personal data.

7. Liability for links
This website contains links to third-party websites ("external links"). These websites are subject to the liability of the respective operators. When the external links were first created, the provider checked the third-party content to determine whether any legal violations existed. At that time, no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design or content of the linked pages. The inclusion of external links does not mean that the provider adopts the content behind the reference or link as its own. Constant monitoring of these external links is unreasonable for the provider without concrete evidence of legal violations. However, upon knowledge of legal violations, such external links will be deleted immediately.
8. copyright
The content and works published on this website are protected by copyright. Any use not permitted by German copyright law requires the prior written consent of the respective author or creator. This applies in particular to reproduction, editing, translation, storage, processing, or reproduction of content in databases or other electronic media and systems. Content and contributions from third parties are marked as such. The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of individual content or entire pages is prohibited and punishable by law. Only the production of copies and downloads for personal, private, and non-commercial use is permitted.
Links to the provider's websites are always welcome and do not require the consent of the website operator. Displaying this website in external frames is only permitted with permission.
